3 Illegal Aliens Arrested For Gang Raping 3 Girls Under the Age of 14

Three illegal aliens kidnapped three girls under the age of 14 and took them to a motel, where they spent hours gang raping the girls.  Yontan Ramirez-Diaz, 20, Edwin Marquina-Valesquez, 26, and Melvin Ramirez-Morales, 20, picked up three girls in White County and drove them to a motel in Jasper County, where they took turns raping the young girls.  One girl was assaulted in the car after leaving the motel.  Both counties are located next to Kokomo, Indiana.

Two of the girls reached out to the school guidance counselor, who immediately notified the Jasper County Sheriff’s office, where the attacks took place.  Using camera surveillance of the parking lot, police were able to identify the white Honda Civic belonging to one of the rapists.  It took place a mere 48 hours to identify the three suspects, all of whom were living in Monon, Indiana at the time.  All three are illegal immigrants from El Salvador.  Police rounded up all three men on April 8th, all at separate locations and impounded the Honda Civic as evidence.

The three have been identified as and are charged with:

Yonatan Ramirez-Diaz was charged with the following: Level 1 Felony – Sexual Misconduct with Minor by Force; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Compelled by Force or Threat; Level 5 Felony – Criminal Confinement with Victim under 14 Years of Age; and Level 6 Felony – Strangulation

Edwin Marquina-Valesquez was charged with the following; Level 1 Felony – Child Molesting Defendant is at least 21 Years of Age; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Victim is Unaware of Actions; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Compelled by Force or Threat; and Level 5 Felony – Criminal Confinement, Victim under 14 Years of Age

Melvin Ramirez-Morales was charged with the following; Level 3 Felony – Child Molesting; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Victim is Unaware of Actions; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Compelled by Force or Threat; and Level 5 Felony – Criminal Confinement Victim Under 14 Years of Age

Ramirez-Diaz and Marquina-Valesques are currently being held on $1,000,000.00 Surety or $100,000.00 Cash bond, the sheriff’s statement continues. Ramirez-Morales is being held on an $800,000.00 Surety or $80,000.00 Cash bond.

ICE has placed a detainer on all three men.
