Benghazi Parents File For Default Judgement Against Clinton

Capture43

Two parents of sons killed in Benghazi have filed for a default judgement after Clinton did not answer the lawsuit within the 21 days she was granted.   Pat Smith and Charles Woods — parents of U.S. Foreign Service member Sean Smith and Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods who died in Benghazi file a suit against Hillary Clinton for wrongful death and for  defamation and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Their lawyer, Larry Klayman said:

“Despite having been served in this matter, no appearance has been entered by Defendant Hillary Clinton, no responsive pleading has been filed or served upon counsel for Plaintiffs: no motions for extension of time have been filed.”

Woods and Smith say Hillary defamed them during the campaign:

“During her campaign for President, Defendant Clinton has negligently, recklessly, and/or maliciously defamed Plaintiffs by either directly calling them liars, or by strongly implying that they are liars, in order to protect and enhance her public image and intimidate and emotionally harm and silence them to not speak up about the Benghazi attack on at least four separate occasions.”

Hillary appeared on Fox and had this to say about the suit:

“Chris, my heart goes out to both of them,” she said, CNN reported. “Losing a child under any circumstances, especially in this case, two State Department employees, extraordinary men, both of them, two CIA contractors gave their lives protecting our countries, our values. I understand the grief and the incredible sense of loss that can motivate that.”

The defamation comes from the fact that although all of the parents said that Hillary told them the attacks were over an internet movie.  But Clinton called them liars on national TV several times.  Mr woods challenged Hillary to a lie detector test, but she declined.
