“Sorry It’s Over” was created by 37-year-old Kristy Mazins, a former nurse from Melbourne who understands just how torturous it is for the Facebook generation to express emotions.

Customers can pay a higher, unspecified fee for Mazin to send flowers, a sympathy basket or a living, breathing human being to break the bad news and probably get berated like George Clooney in “Up in the Air.”
