A drunk driver was seen wearing the perfect shirt during his arrest, according to a video that was uploaded to the Internet by police in Ohio.
Alliance police said that they have arrested 37-year-old Jeremy E. Dean, after being accused of driving drunk and hitting a vehicle.
Dean has been charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released from custody without bail.
According to the police investigation, Dean drank at least 12 cans of beer and a lot of whiskey before getting behind the wheel of his car on Friday around 5:00 p.m.
Police received a call about a Chevy Lumina driving recklessly on W. Ely and S. Union. Officers then responded to a crash on W. Ely Street and Johnson Avenue.
The driver of the damaged vehicle told police that a man struck her car and drove off.
She followed him to a nearby ATM, but when she confronted Dean, he fled from the scene, leaving his bank card in the machine.
Police eventually caught Dean at the Circle K located at 707 N. Union Avenue. He had slurred speech and was unable to walk in a straight line.
He admitted to drinking a lot of alcohol and agreed to take blood test. His blood-alcohol content level came in at .316, nearly four times the legal limit.
While taking his picture for booking, Dean was seen wearing “get this guy a beer” shirt.
