Hillary Clinton Will Not Be Indicted For Emails or Political Corruption

Lynch-fix-is-in

After a year long investigation by the FBI, Hillary Clinton will walk away from all charges.  She will not be indicted for her emails or all of the quid pro quo deals she made while Secretary of State.  That is not to say she is innocent.  In fact, we know that she is indeed guilty.  Comedy relief presidential candidate Gary Johnson has proclaimed Hillary as innocent:

“I am not a stone-thrower when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her emails and her server.  I don’t think there has been criminal intent on Hillary Clinton’s part, so I don’t see an indictment.”

That just goes to prove that the moron who would be king is totally oblivious to US law.  In order to be guilty under the Espionage Act you do not have to lack criminal intent.  You only have to show reckless regard for the protection of classified documents in your possession.  The other frequent excuse that no documents arrived marked as confidential is not valid either for a number of reasons.

Every new State Department employee must sign a statement, declaring that the can recognize classified information.  A session that Hillary decided not to attend.  But for those of you who want to make excuses for Hillary, let me point out that communications with foreign authorities is always classified, so that they can speak freely, without fear.  Emails released by the State Department, show Hillary emailed people about conversations she had with German officials.

So, why do I say that Hillary won’t be indicted?  The first clue was when Obama endorsed Hillary for president.  Obama would not take the chance on destroying the last six months of his presidency, especially the sovereignty killing TPP by endorsing a candidate who is indicted for major crimes.  The fix was in.  Later, he told the press there was no evidence that Hillary had done anything wrong and she would not be indicted.

Then there is the meeting with Bill Clinton on the tarmac in Phoenix, Arizona.  Does anyone really believe they had a half an hour talk about golf and grandchildren?  Especially after Clinton cancelled his original take off time in order to meet with Loretta Lynch.  It’s more likely they were discussing her future with the criminal enterprise known as the Clinton Foundation.  A lucrative job awaits.

Finally, what happened scant hours after Hillary was questioned by the FBI?  Sources from all over the Justice Department leaked the fact that there would be no indictment, a narrative that also made it’s way onto CNN.  Former agents for the FBI found that to be unlikely since it could take up to a week to compare Hillary’s answers to previous testimony.  Not if Loretta Lynch has already decided to ignore all the evidence and find Clinton as pure as the driven snow.  Liberals have ESP you know.

Hillary told one of the Clinton lawyers that Vince Foster would not testify against her because he committed suicide in Ft Marcy Park.  The lawyer asked her when it happened and she replied, “Tomorrow at 11 AM.”

The fix is in.
