House Dems Make QUICK Move On Gun Control That No One Saw Coming And It Is BAD

House Democrats are determined to move forward on their plans for gun control despite ZERO chance that President Trump will sign the bill that just suddenly came out of committee today.

First thing Thursday morning, Democrats passed legislation that would make all private transfers of guns (including between friends and family members) illegal without a government background check.

But the rules are different for illegal aliens.

If an illegal alien fails a background check, ICE isn’t allowed to know.

From The Daily Caller:

The House Judiciary Committee passed legislation known as the Bipartisan Background Check Act Thursday that would mandate background checks on all gun sale transactions and most transfers in the United States.

“This is a bill that will expand criminal background checks to close the gun show loophole and close the Internet sale loophole,” Democrat Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries said of the bill.

With the support of five committee Republicans and after nine hours of debate, the bill passed 21 to 14. Republicans on the Committee attempted to amend the bill.

Democrats, however, voted down one such amendment that would notify ICE authorities when an illegal alien fails a background check to purchase a firearm. …

This is bad news for the Second Amendment.

But as long as President Trump is in office, there’s little worry that the measure will become law.

That’s why 2020 is so important, folks.

You can bet any Democratic President would sign this into law in a heartbeat.

Your gun rights are only one election away from going extinct.
