Taylor Swift fought in court to have a picture showing a DJ reaching under her skirt to grab her butt cheek, but(t) TMZ got their hands on a copy of the picture and have published it for all to see.  During a concert  David Mueller and his girlfriend went backstage to get their picture taken with Sift, when she said he put his hand under her skirt and grabbed her.

“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there. It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”

Security asked Mueller to leave the concert but he insists it was a case of mistaken identity.  Duh, he had his picture taken in the act.  Mueller has denied grabbing Taylor Swift’s ass and is suing her over her allegation.  That sure looks like his hand on her ass.  You can’t tell if it’s above or below the skirt but he is definitely in that area.

It may be a while before a jury finally rules on whether a sexual assault occurred but this picture will shape public opinion and will probably jeopardize his case against Taylor and destroy his defense of mistaken identity.
