New Islamic Fatwa: Father’s May Lust After Daughter’s But Not Until She Turns 9-Years-Old
In the Islamic world, much like the liberal world, nothing is too perverted to suit them. The only difference is that if you disagree with them, Muslims will try to behead you. The liberals try to destroy you. This week’s fatwa comes to us from Diyanet, the highest religious authority in Turkey that controls 85,000 mosques. This fatwa arose from a question of one of the faithful. He wanted to know if it was a sin to kiss his daughter lustfully. The Diyanet ruled that it is not a sin as long as the girl reached nine years of age.
The very same Diyanet ruled that engaged couples are not permitted to hold hands because it can lead to more. (The lone exception is if she is your daughter and over 9 years old) Reminds me of this couple in the Appalachian Mountains, where I come from. They were married and prepared to enjoy their honeymoon at the local Super 8. About midnight the boy arrived at home. His father asked him what he was doing home.
The boy told his father that he found out she was a virgin. His father took a few minutes to think on that before he replied, “I don’t blame you son. If she’s not good enough for her family, she’s not good enough for ours.”
However, the fatwa received such scathing criticism worldwide that the Diyanet had to scramble. They used the excuse that the fatwa was translated wrong from Arabic and should have read that incest is a “pathological aberration”. That makes no sense since the Diyanet is well educated in Arabic and the vast difference in meanings cannot be attributed to poor translation. And if the original was mistranslated, why did the fact that the child be over nine be important? The renouncement of the fatwa was damage control.
