REPORT: California Prosecutor Reduces Felonies to Misdemeanors to Save Illegals

A report by Mike Cernovich says that California prosecutor,  Jeff Rosen, is not applying the law in all cases.  According to Cernovich, if an illegal alien is charged with a felony, guilty or not, they have their charges reduced to a misdemeanor so that ICE doesn’t deport them.  Cernovich claims the scheme goes right to the top, Gov Moonbeam.

Mike Cernovich wrote:

If you’re a violent criminal in Northern California, Santa Clara District Attorney Jeff Rosen has your back. Rosen has implemented a new office policy requiring prosecutors to “plead down” violent felony cases that may lead to a criminal being deported.

Under federal immigration law, an immigrant who has been convicted of a felony may face deportation proceedings. Activist prosecutors often offer criminals a reduced plea in order to keep the criminal in the country.

“There is now an official policy – and I found out this goes up to the Governor, Jerry Brown – where if you’re a violent felon, but you could be deported, they will plead down your violent felon case to a misdemeanor . . .”

Democratic voters…….WAKE UP!!!  Your party favors illegal aliens over you.  If you and an illegal commit identical crimes in Northern California, you go to prison and the illegal alien goes to San Francisco.  They get a full range of free money and services that you only wish you could afford and guess what?  You are paying for them.

It never ceases to amaze me how people complain about their taxes being raised out of sight and businesses driven out of the state along with their jobs, but they continue to vote for the same people who are screwing them.  I wish California would secede.  It would be addition by subtraction.
