Woman Posing as Target Employee Walked Off With $40,000 in iPhones [VIDEO]

Police are looking for a woman who walked off with dozens of iPhones.

The iPhone theft occurred, police said, after a mystery woman gained access to the Target stock room by pretending to be an employee.

She put more than $40,000 worth of iPhones in a box and is seen in surveillance video leaving the store.

“The suspect is not affiliated with the store, but appeared to have knowledge of the store’s procedures, employee hours and the location of the iPhones in the stockroom,” the police said in a news release.

Police said the woman left the store in a Volvo station wagon.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help identifying and locating people involved in stealing dozens of iPhones. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective A.
