Carol Bowditch, 64, was caught on camera having sex with a St Bernard, a black Labrador and an Alsatian – was able to walk free after claiming she did not realize it was illegal.
Carol, a pensioner, walked out of court a free woman after claiming that she did not know it was illegal, according to court documents in the United Kingdom.
Carol was charged with having sexual intercourse with an animal. She appeared before a judge at the Lincolnshire Crown Court, where she pleaded guilty to the charge.
The pensioner’s activities were exposed in an RAF police investigation which focused on a man identified as organising a bizarre sex party at which owners watched their dogs having sex with women, before having sex with the women themselves.
Details of the event were later shared online in an internet forum specialising in bestiality.
The investigation ultimately led cops to Bowditch.
Upon searching her home, officials found a DVD and USB stick with footage of her with the dogs on it.
Speaking at Lincoln Crown Court, prosecutor Victoria Rose said: “When the DVD was analysed it was found to contain extreme images. Those images portrayed persons committing penetrative sexual acts with dogs.
Rose added that at least eight photographs were found of Bowditch engaging in sex acts with dogs, along with 30 clips.
The 64-year-old admitted one charge of having sexual intercourse with an animal between 13 November 2011 and 25 November 2014.
Bowditch also admitted possession of 37 extreme pornographic images to the court last month.
Mitigating, James Gray said: “She is 64 and has no previous convictions.
Judge Michael Heath ordered the woman to observe a night time curfew and was placed on probation for 12 months.
Bowditch had faced a sentence of two years in prison.
The woman’s defense attorney asked for leniency because she was ostracized by her friends and family when they learned about the sex acts.
The judge told the woman that what she did was illegal and disgusting.
