Corrections Officer Found Dead in Car
The hunt for a suspected killer is now under way. An off duty correction officer was shot to death in her car. Investigators called it a planned execution.
On Sunday night Alaslasia Bryan aged 25 was shot outside a home in the Flatlands neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. She was found with gunshot wounds to her head and torso. Bryan was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made, so far, and a motive for the shooting is not clear.
Bryan had been visiting family and friends the New York Post reported and was on her way to work at Riker’s Island when five shots rang out while she was in her car.
A statement issued by the Correction Officers’ Benevolent Association stated the correction family was “shocked and grieving the horrific murder” of Bryan.
Police are still searching for suspects in another shooting in a house where a corrections officer and his wife were shot but expected to live.
We certainly do need a ‘law and order’ president. I hope things get better under a Trump administration.
