Get Ready for a Political Shake-Up! Trump Hints at Massive GOP Restructuring

Everyone senses it and is aware of it.

I don’t want to cast aspersions on anyone, but the National Review conservative is a dinosaur who doesn’t see the writing on the wall.

If you had told me in 2015 that I would be a fervent Trump supporter, writing for a right-wing publication, and urging people, “You should listen to the lessons in the Bible, they’re there for a reason,” I would have soiled myself laughing. …

But now that we’re here, what altered everything for me? Donald J. Trump—not the Republican Party, not Ronald Reagan, not publications like National Review, and especially not the corrupt, neocon-RINO elite.

And do you want to know what the finest part is? Millions more people are like me—I don’t support the GOP; they’re just Democrats with comb-overs—I favor President Trump and common-sense America First policies.

I advocate a total overhaul of the establishment, as does everyone reading this—which takes me to my next argument. …

President Trump isn’t delusory or out of touch; he understands what his followers want and what has become of the Republican Party—he sees the writing on the wall.

To paraphrase President Trump, the 45th President of the United States recently warned top-level RNC and GOP donors that the old GOP is dead—that’s right, it’s done and not coming back.

Is the GOP ready to undergo a big makeover and restructuring? I believe so.

A quick Twitter search reveals that most conservative or libertarian Americans see the GOP as one side of the uni party at best, and an extension of the Democrat Party at worst.

President Trump is edgy, fights for America, and is now the closest thing to the actual will of the people—to the average hardworking American who simply wants to live in peace and prosperity.

Compare this to the party that feels defending Ukraine is an “imperative” to the health of “democracy,” as McConnell has stated.

Here’s what President Trump said, as well as some significant reactions:

Human Events summarized President Trump’s recent address:

He focused on his plans for the future, as well as the transformation of the GOP thanks to his efforts.

The Republican Party is no longer the stodgy, bow-tie-wearing, party of neo-cons and fiscal conservatives.

Under Trump’s direction, the Republican Party has become a forward-thinking cultural force with grassroots support from parents, and the courage to confront their far-left opponents without kowtowing to their perspectives.

President Trump’s popularity has only surged among conservative voters, as per this Reuters report:

Some 48% of self-described Republicans say they want Trump to be their party’s presidential nominee, up from 44% in a March 14-20 poll.

Some 19% back his closest rival, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, down from 30% last month. Other likely rivals polled in the single digits.
