A day will come soon, I hope, where the name calling and fear mongering will take a back seat to mature adult discussion on the nation’s needs and concerns. It’s so pondorous to listen to the same rhetoric from either side, but we will focus on Hillary, since it was her speech yesterday. Liberalism 101, Emotionally charge up your base by calling others that do not agree with you racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic. Follow it up with a bit of fear, and the base is energized. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”, is the old motto, and Hillary will run with it until it does not work.

The former secretary of state, who described her own remarks as “grossly generalistic”, said Trump had bolstered people who are “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it.” She did add that Trump’s other supporters are frustrated by hard times and merit sympathy.”They are just desperate for change.” Clinton was speaking at an LGBT fundraiser in New York City, where she encouraged supporters to “stage an intervention” if they have friends considering voting for the Republican nominee.

Hillary cannot make a speech and chronicle all her achievements over her 30 years in public office. It would  amount to mere moments, since there are none. She  can speak on how she accumulate great personal wealth of over 140 million dollars on a secretary of state’s pay and senator salary, but that would bore the millennials. Instead she will attack others who do not agree with her agenda and call them names. School ground tactics, to say the least. The thing is, it is not working any more, the polls indicate such, she will continue to lob these verbal grenades to see how Trump responds, but it does not matter any more, he is under her skin. The debates are going to be must watch T.V., she will have no place to hide, and name calling will not get her anymore votes. What do you think?
