And so it begins….we knew the monuments and statutes of Southern history were never going to be enough to satisfy the rabid left and we were right.  These leftist imbeciles are now demanding that former President Theodore Roosevelt’s monument be torn down.

President Trump asked just how long it be before these rabid groups broaden the scope of their attack to include more than just the monuments from the Confederacy. It seems this group from New York took that sarcasm as a challenge.

According to The Daily Wire over 200 self-proclaimed activists from New York organized by the far-left groups known as –  NYC Stands with Standing Rock and Decolonize This Place – gathered inside New York’s American Museum of Natural History demanding the removal of its statue of…President Theodore Roosevelt. This would be the forbearer leftist progressive’s favorite son, Franklin Delano Roosevelt or FDR. Teddy Roosevelt was a eugenics proponent and very anti-people of color, yet his likeness is history.  History this country needs to remember.

However, if the left gets their way we will have history left, no identity as a people, nothing. Marching around the museum in a fit of self-righteous rage, protesters carried signs that read “BLACK LIVES MATTER,” “DECOLONIZE THIS MUSEUM,” and “ABOLISH WHITE SUPREMACY.”

This event was planned for three weeks in advance in an effort to allow the police the opportunity to set up the area. “The group started with a 10-stop tour of the museum in which they highlighted a variety of exhibits they felt were racist and misrepresentative, which ranged from how the representation of Africans reinforces negative stereotypes to the exoticizing of Islam in the Hall of Islam exhibit.” 

The left is now eating one of their own in their efforts to cleanse the American people of all their so-called symbols of white supremacy.

The Federalist Papers said it best when she stated – “History is messy. It’s full of great people who did terrible things, horrible people who did necessary things at critical moments, and everything in between. It’s also full of circumstances outside of which some — not all, but some — mistakes cannot be properly understood. And, of course, historical revisionism and misinformation muddy all these waters further still. These are our Presidents of the United States, for God’s sake, and the idea that we would tear down the statue of any of them is ludicrous. The good and the bad about each man to hold the office are equally important to reflect on and be reminded of.”
