UPDATE: Police have confirmed one dead and two injured so far.

An explosion ripped through a sports center in Chimay, Belgium.  There were people there at the time and there are reported injuries but authorities are fearing that they will find people dead below all the rubble.  Firefighters have not found the cause of the explosion but some are fearful that it could be an act of terror.  Belgium has been a hotbed of terrorist activity and attacks in other countries such as France are reported to have been hatched there.  At least two of the terrorists in France were from Belgium.

Police are quick to point out that they have no proof of terrorism but the truth is they have no idea what caused the explosion and they may not know for days.  Initial reports say that as much as half of the center has collapsed.  The sports complex is located on Rue de Chalon.
