Liyjon DeSilva attends Martin Long Wisdom High School in Houston, and has just graduated near the top of his class and was referred to as ‘naturally gifted’ by the school’s principal. According to ABC 13, Liyjon also spent three of his high school years living completely alone on the streets.

His mother passed away while he was very young, and he would subsequently bounce around the homes of other family members. The bouncing around came to an end, and he found himself completely alone and having to fend for himself.
