An illegal Mexican alien, who Obama and liberals swear aren’t rapists or drug dealers, was convicted of raping a six year old girl. was convicted of six of the charges against him, including rape and burglary, after he entered the girl’s home through a window and made his way to her bedroom. As he was raping her, the girl was crying and asking him why he was doing that to her. As she cried for him to stop, her 11 year old brother awoke and ran to get his stepfather. He rushed into the girl’s room and apprehended the illegal alien and held him until police arrived.
Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman told the jury during the trial:
“Certainly from the details provided by both children and it’s quite clear from the evidence that this individual engaged in terrible acts with the child.”
All throughout the trial, Herrera’s lawyer swore that his client did not rape the girl and that he only laid in the bed with her so he could get some sleep. Yeah, don’t you hate it when you fall asleep in the bed of a 6 year old girl and suddenly people are accusing you of rape?
Prediction: Jeh Johnson will announce that Herrera is actually a white Mexican orphan who was lured into the girls bedroom by the slutty little girl and that instead of rape, he was the unwitting victim of a frame up. Instead of deporting him, he will replace the corrupt policeman who arrested him. (I’m kidding………almost)
Herrera will be sentenced at a later date.
