Since this video didn’t have context, I tried to find out when this happened and it looks to be from May 2019. According to Reddit, it took place in Maryland. But that’s as much as I could glean.
I know the headline is a little clickbaity, but the video was so amazing I had to do it. Also it’s true, it was completely unexpected. You would never expect to see something like this is 2020.
