After Trump was cleared of wrongdoing by the Senate last month, many thought that they would just pick up their ball and go home. However, this is the liberal mob we are talking about and nothing is as simple as that.
In their rage and hatred for Donald Trump, they will do anything they can to destroy him since he upsets their apple cart of control. Now, aDepartment of Justice prosecutor believes that former President Donald Trump could be charged for his alleged role in the Capitol riots. The DOJ federal prosecutor, Michael Sherwin, made the bombshell assertion on 60 Minutes on Sunday.

It’s unequivocal that Trump was the magnet that brought the people to D.C. on the 6th,” replied Sherwin, making a spurious argument.
So does that mean that Trump is “criminally culpable for everything that happened during the siege, during the breach?” Pelley asked.
Sherwin said that: “We have plenty of people– we have soccer moms from Ohio that were arrested saying, ‘Well, I did this because my president said I had to take back our house.’ That moves the needle towards that direction,” Sherwin argued.
“Maybe the president is culpable for those actions,” the prosecutor insinuated. “But also, you see in the public record too, militia members saying, ‘You know what? We did this because Trump just talks a big game. He’s just all talk. We did what he wouldn’t do.’”
“In short, you have investigators looking into the president’s role?” asked Pelley.
“We have people looking at everything, correct,” Sherwin replied. “Everything’s being looked at.”
The news media has been pushing for Donald Trump’s prosecution for the Capitol riots since January 6th.
“Trump must be prosecuted,” the Week argued in January. “Trump can and must be prosecuted,” the Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin opined. “Trump must be prosecuted, or we should just admit presidents are above the law,” Business Insider proclaimed.
“Lawyers inside the Washington, DC attorney general’s office are working to determine if it is legally viable to use district statutes to charge former President Donald Trump for his alleged role in the insurrection,” an ABC affiliate reported in January.
This entire thing is a sham and I am so over it all.
Now, we are going to go after Trump for holding a rally and hold him responsible for people who act a fool? No one is going to question the police who let the protesters in? Nope, that would mean having an actual investigation into the riot, but that doesn’t fit their political narrative at all.
There was a time when politics didn’t matter and we could hold people accountable for their own actions, but those days are long gone. Now, the left will vilify Trump and his supporters just cause they don’t think like them. They will turn a blind eye to all the violence occurring in their own party just so they can stick it to Trump.
I don’t know about you, but I am so over all of it. Their hypocrisy is nauseating and their fake virtue signaling appalls me. I just pray that we have enough people willing to stand up and push back against these fascists.
People are responsible for their own actions and those that broke the law should be punished. President Trump never told anyone to take back the house violently, he told them to let the DC Swamp dwellers know that they didn’t feel the election was honest and fair.
These left wing democrat minions don’t have anything that President Trump should be charged with for inciting the Capitol incursion. What charged up these MAGA people was the blatant election steal, the obviously fraudulent election and the lack of the SCOTUS action to investigate and rule fairly on the election fraud. These democrat scumbag persecutors should be charged with prosecutorial misconduct and misfeasance in office and run from office.
Let them charge the ex-President. I’d open a can of worms for them.
For instance, bring up the issue about the involvement of ANTIFA and BLM and who encouraged them to be agent provocateurs. Ask why both the DC and Capitol Police were woefully unprepared despite intel indicating problems might arise. Ask them about Pelosi’s involvement. Ask them who authorized the killing one of the rioters.
For the piece de resistance, bring up the issue as to why the riot occurred in the first place, i.e., the massive vote fraud and why the Courts and Congress refused to address that issue.
Then watch a DC Democrat court shut down all such avenues of inquiry so as to establish a kangaroo court.
