It is no secret that Joe Biden is a couple of fries short of a Happy Meal in the mental capacity.
There have been so many blunders made by the president that anyone would have to be a complete idiot to think Biden was running on all cylinders.
In his most recent speech, Biden displayed how bad the decline is when he attempted to shake someone’s hand.
The issue is not that he tried to shake someone’s hand, but the glaring fact there was no one there.
That is right, friends. There was no one on the stage with Biden so who’s hand was he trying to shake?

Sadly, that isn’t even the worse part of this embarrassing display of “leadership”.
After attempting to shake an invisible man’s hand, Biden did actually start to shake people’s hands…
AFTER he coughed in it.
The fine folks at USA Supreme noticed the same thing:
Biden’s campaign was the press, which lies largely in Democratic hands and that’s why they always fail to mention Biden’s obvious decline!
Also, we have rarely seen him since he was sworn as President!
Biden has indeed stepped back — in comparison to Trump and his constant presence in the media, absolutely, but even compared to Barack Obama and George W. Bush.
Biden simply doesn’t say or do very much in public.
He’s content, instead, to allow surrogates, staffers, and Democrats in Congress to take the lead in getting the administration’s message out.
The result is that it often feels as if we have no president at all.

Can you even begin to imagine if President Trump had done this?
The media would be calling him a “super-spreader”, a murderer, and whatever else they could think of to say.
They would also question his cognitive abilities after appearing to shake an invisible man’s hand.

President Biden coughed into his hand following a Monday speech in New Jersey and proceeded to use it to shake hands with members of the public, all while not wearing a mask.
The incident comes less than a week after Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tested positive for COVID-19 just days following an event with the president.
Last Tuesday, a fully vaccinated Mayorkas tested positive for COVID-19 as part of routine pre-travel protocols.
Three days earlier, Mayorkas had attended the 40th Annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service at the U.S. Capitol alongside Biden, where they were photographed just feet apart without masks.
“Secretary Mayorkas is experiencing only mild congestion; he is fully vaccinated and will isolate and work at home per CDC protocols and medical advice,” DHS spokesperson Marsha Espinosa said at the time.
Earlier this month, the president and first lady stoked controversy when they were caught walking without a mask through Fiola Mare, a ritzy Italian seafood restaurant in Washington, D.C., where all individuals over age 2 are required to wear a mask indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
This raises the question:
How much lower can Biden possibly go?
