As many know, the U.S. trucker convoy is getting ready to make its way to Washington D.C.
This should be interesting to watch considering what has transpired in Canada lately.

Biden saw how quickly Trudeau went full-on commie in a matter of weeks to stop a completely peaceful protest.
Is it possible that the horribly unpopular Biden will travel the same road as his neighbor to the north?

Well, reports are swirling that his administration is gearing up to meet the truckers head-on.
A Pentagon official reportedly said that there’s been a request for assistance from the National Guard for when the convoy arrives around February 23rd.
Amazing how Trump’s request for the National Guard on January 6th was denied, right?
Guys, I am not trying to be an alarmist here at all, but this could get very messy.
The Epoch Times reported that National Guard troops may be deployed in the Washington D.C. area to help deal with trucker convoys expected to arrive as soon as Feb. 23, a Pentagon official said Tuesday.
“The Department is analyzing a request for assistance from the US Capitol Police and the DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency,” John Kirby, the Department of Defense’s spokesman, told news outlets in a statement.

“Those agencies have asked for National Guard personnel to provide support at traffic control points in and around the District to help the USCP and DC government address potential challenges stemming from possible disruptions at key traffic arteries. No decisions have been made yet to approve these requests,” Kirby added.
The Capitol Police and the Washington law enforcement agency did not respond to requests for comment.
Kirby did not detail how many Guard personnel have been requested.
Multiple convoys are planning treks to the Washington area, with one organizer telling The Epoch Times that his group plans to arrive on Wednesday.
We’ll have to see if this does indeed happen and how many troops could be deployed.
