Dominion Voting Systems is requesting $1.6 billion from Fox News. Fox’s only transgression? The news is being reported.
Internal messages between Dominion employees revealed that even they had reservations about Dominion’s products as part of the discovery process in the current litigation against Fox News.
Perhaps the word “doubt” does not adequately convey the expressed sentiment.
Employees at Dominion were reportedly aware that their products were subpar, and Dominion’s Director of Product Strategy and Security, Eric Coomer, openly stated, “our products stink.” Our sh*t is infested with bugs.”
đ¨ Dominion Voting Systems internal messages (found thru discovery process) admit their products "riddled with bugs" that can "lead to incorrect results".

Raheem J. Kassam points out via his Substack:
Indeed, Coomer had been castigating Dominionâs failures for years. In 2019, Coomer noted that âour products suck.â
He lamented that â[a]lmost allâ of Dominionâs technological failings were âdue to our complete fâ up in installation.â And in another instance, he identified a â*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results.â He went on to note: âIt does not get much worse than that.â
And while many companies might have resolved their errors, Coomer lamented that âwe donât address our weaknesses effectively!â
Despite light being shed on this new evidence, leftists, liberals, and establishment sources are all focusing on the idea that Fox News anchors did not believe Sidney Powell or Rudy Giuliani:
New revelations are coming out about the once private opinions of powerful figures at Fox News who promoted former President Trumpâs false election claims.@KellyO reports on the $1.6 billion dollar defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems: https://t.co/uAGtApIxQK

Leftist, establishment outlet Vanity Fair took the standard anti-Trump, anti-MAGA line:
Dominionâs legal filingâwhich clocks in at nearly 200 pagesânotes that it not only alerted Fox that its allegations were false but provided public evidence to support its denial as early as November 12, 2020.
âIn total, Dominion sent 3,682 emails to Fox recipients, which on its own makes this case truly unique in the amount of corrective correspondence provided,â Dominion writes.
âOn top of that, Foxâs corporate representative further agreed that Dominionâs emails were then âwidely circulatedâ within Fox,â where âhosts, producers, and executives had the facts in their inboxes.â
