Christian Fisher, 31, entered the Quality Food Center in Seattle at about five in the afternoon and promptly plopped his package onto the scanner, then called out for a female employee to come help him. When the girl came over and saw what the man did, she let out a shocked murmur. A nearby male employee came over to see what was wrong and he confronted Fisher, who refused to leave until the police arrived. He was able to make a successful getaway. Right up until he fled the police, Fisher refused to stow his package away.
Later that evening, Fisher returned to the grocery store, where employees recognized him and confronted him. The employees demanded that he leave, which Fisher refused to do. A shoving match ensued with the store security guard, who was trying to lead the suspect outside. Police subdued Fisher a little over a block away and placed him under arrest.
When informed that he was being arrested for indecent exposure, Fisher exclaimed, “I didn’t whip my c*^k out!” He was taken to the county jail and booked. It was Fisher’s fourth arrest this month. The other arrests were for burglary, assault, and obstruction charges.
I was once booked for indecent exposure, but the judge let me go citing insufficient evidence. Ouch, that hurt.
