He’s “DELIGHTED” With FBI Decision Not To File Charges Against Clinton – Here’s Why

Is James Comey “crazy” for not recommending criminal charges for Hillary Clinton over her private emails – or “crazy like a fox”? Was the FBI Director’s Tuesday announcement a gross miscarriage of justice – or something else?

Conservative commentator and former Congressman Allen West contends the latter. And while Tuesday’s news ignited outrage and incredulity across the Fruited Plain, West wrote on his blog: “I can’t thank Director Comey enough for coming to this decision.” West explains:

My concern has always been that Barack Obama would release the hounds on Mrs. Clinton and then push for his vice president, Joe Biden, to be the Democrat nominee. And then, to placate the far lefty socialists, who own the Democrat party, Obama would position Sen. Elizabeth Warren as Biden’s VP. That would be a really tough ticket to beat, since Joe Biden’s favorables, regardless of gaffes and such, are extremely high.

However, James Comey just delivered a gift wrapped with a bow.

West argues that although Comey recommended not prosecuting Clinton, the FBI Director showed the whole world who the former secretary of state and those who support her really are. In fact, the presumptive presidential nominee of the Party of Deception, Duplicity, and Detroit is not only a bumbling bureaucrat who can’t tell classified information from a hole in the wall, she’s also serial liar and career corruptocrat who makes Boss Tweed and Huey Long look like pikers.

During his presser, Comey reeled off a laundry list of major Clinton deficiencies in her handling of national secrets. They include extreme carelessness and recklessness as well as an immense hubris and utter disdain for the rule of law. (Known in Democratic circles as “Tuesday.”)

In listing these deficiencies while stopping short of recommending criminal charges, Comey may have pulled off a two-fer: Allowing Clinton to remain in the presidential race while publicly broadcasting her gross ineptitude and duplicity to the world. In so doing, says West, Comey may have stirred up a “perfect storm,” non-partisan argument for keeping her out of the White House. Writes West:

Comey has said Hillary Clinton is not reasonable — is that who you want as president and commander in chief? And Mrs. Clinton’s actions were not appropriate or acceptable. That follows with Mrs. Clinton’s blatant lie about not having any classified material on her private server — her unclassified, private, personal server. Hillary Clinton stated there was no classified correspondence she emailed — wrong, a lie. Lastly, Comey confirmed Hillary Clinton inappropriately deleted the property of the American people — State Department, work-related emails. We know from the deposition of her closest aide, the daughter of Muslim Brotherhood associates Huma Abedin, that she admitted to burning emails.

West cites an article by National Review contributor and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy. In that piece, McCarthy claimed the FBI effectively rewrote Federal law by not recommending that Clinton be indicted. West writes:

“This, Ladies and Gents, is the ‘policy of political corruption’ on full display. And it’s offensive to me, and should be to you, that these chuckleheads think so little of the American people.”

West adds that he’s “rejoicing” over the Clinton email investigation. Why? Because the investigation revealed “who these progressive socialists truly are and how they’ll use any means in order to achieve their ends.” West says the American people won’t be fooled and will remember in November.

West also weighs in on President Obama’s decision to campaign with Clinton in Charlotte, NC on Tuesday after the FBI’s announcement. West writes:

“If you looked upon Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on that stage yesterday and cheered, the day after our 240th American Independence Day — you are no Patriot and citizen of this Republic. You are nothing more than, as Vladimir Lenin stated, a ‘useful idiot’ — and a supporter of liars.”

Talk about a “two-fer.”

West wrapped up his post with by thanking Comey:

“Thanks, Director Comey, you may have just become the one person who will end the corrupt reign of the Clinton Family, and terminate any chance for an honorable legacy for Barack Obama.

Is West on to something? What say you?
