Katy Perry gave a speech at the 2016 Democratic National Convention just before singing ‘Rise and Roar’. During the speech, Perry stated that she “did not have formal training”, “did not finish high school”, and that of course, she is voting for Hillary Clinton. She pretty much sums it up right there.
