What parent, what grandparent, what official would allow such a thing? A 4 year old knows what they want, and knows what is expected of them? This is madness, there are people in prison for child abuse, and this truly is child abuse. How long has it been that the inmates have been running the asylum? Joseph Mengele was hunted till his death in 1979 for doing experiments on prisoners such as this. This is a sin against nature at the least.
