[VIDEO] ‘Naughty Nurse’ Fired For What She Was Caught Doing With Unconcious Male Patient

Everyone gets bored at work but most don’t go to such extreme lengths to have a little fun. One female nurse in New York crossed the line and was caught taking pictures of a male patient’s private parts while he lay unconscious. Needless to say, the woman was fired for the incident and since then has gained a lot of attention in the media.

Kristen Johnson of Fulton, New York has been forced to give up her nursing license after at least two separate incidents of misbehavior. The 27-year-old was working at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, NY when in 2014 she used her cell phone to snap a photo of an unconscious patient’s penis. She then disseminated the picture to her coworkers via text message. She also sent them unwanted photos of at least one other patient.

 The incidents caused several of her coworkers to file complaints, which then spurred the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office to start an investigation. In May of 2015, they had Johnson arrested. The technical term for Johnson’s crimes is misdemeanor dissemination of unlawful surveillance photos. This is after the charge was reduced— originally, the DA’s Office meant to charge her with a felony. Johnson did not contest the charges, but instead struck a plea deal in order to get a lighter sentence. The deal required her to surrender her nursing license and spend three years on probation.

The New York state Board of Regents used the term “moral unfitness in the practice” to describe Johnson’s crimes and explain their desire that she cease nursing.
