Trump Sics His DOJ On Protesters With Threat That Has Liberal Protesters PETRIFIED

In an effort to prosecute as many violent protestors as possible, the Department of Justice, at the direction of President Trump, is demanding web host provider Dreamhost turn over 1.3 million IP addresses connected to the anti-Trump website disruptj20.org, which was used as an online forum to help organize left-wingers in Charlottesville. According to The Wrap, “The DOJ is looking for Dreamhost to share information from visitors to disruptj20.org — a site that has organized protests against Donald Trump including his presidential inauguration. In its search warrant, the DOJ calls for Dreamhost to provide emails connected to the site, as well as subscriber information and “names, physical addresses, telephone numbers, and other identifiers.” Naturally, this has the owners of disruptj20.org and Dreamhost in a panic. Both parties have stated they are resisting the efforts of the Department of Justice to be forced to turn over this information. Dreamhost responded to the DOJ search warrant with the following, “The Internet was founded and continues to survive, in the main on its democratizing ability to facilitate a free exchange of ideas. Internet users have a reasonable expectation that they will not get swept up in criminal investigations simply by exercising their right to political speech against the government. We intend to take whatever steps are necessary to support and shield these users from what is, in our view, a very unfocused search and an unlawful request for their personal information”.

Unfortunately for the owners of Dreamhost and disruptj20.org the principle and law of protected political speech do not apply if the users on this site are engaged in the planning of violent acts against others who have different political beliefs. Doing so amounts to participating in a crime where one can be arrested and prosecuted.

Since President Trump has been elected, George Soros-funded groups like ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter have been actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to go after anyone in a violent manner who disagrees with their views, wears a MAGA hat, or in some fashion represents a threat to their twisted leftist ideology. The crimes which ANTIFA members and BLM members have perpetrated are hate crimes, and the DOJ intends to prosecute them as such.

Conversely, President Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions are pursuing criminal charges against right-wing hate groups, as well as those on the left, which runs in direct defiance of what the mainstream media would have Americans believe about President Trump. The MSM constantly depicts President Trump as a racist and bigot despite the track record to prove otherwise. The truth however never seems to be more important than a political agenda to the MSM. As far as President Trump is concerned, a hate crime is a hate crime, no matter who commits it, and as he said in a recent press conference that both sides are to blame for the violence they caused.

The Department of Justice and Attorney General Jeff Sessions has not responded to Dreamhost’s defiance of the search warrant, and this is likely to go before a judge. The legal battle to ensue will determine a line between the exercise of one’s constitutional rights, and at what point constitutional rights don’t apply because an organization or website is actively engaged in a criminal enterprise. The catch here for the DOJ in court will likely be how they distinguish between users engaged in carrying out violence and those who are just visitors to the site.
