A Soros Backed DA Has Been Hit With A Very Sharp Warning…

Another Soros-backed prosecutor has been accused of judicial misconduct and corruption.

A judge has sanctioned Kim Gardner, a prosecutor in St. Louis, for allegedly suppressing evidence in a double-homicide case involving 23-year-old defendant Alex Heflin.

Gardner withheld evidence and reduced the suspect’s 2nd-degree murder charges to manslaughter, according to sources; the accused was subsequently released on bond following successful arguments from his legal team; his trial is scheduled to begin in June.

Heflin’s counsel contended that their client should be released on bond since Gardner concealed evidence and the trial date was continually pushed back.

It’s unclear what her motivations were, but this isn’t the first complaint the court system has received about Gardner, according to sources.

On that note, why do we put up with this kind of behavior? Gardner is the third Soros-funded DA to be accused of suppressing evidence in recent memory, with two incidents occurring within a week of one other.

One of the detectives who worked on Daniel Perry’s case filed an affidavit accusing the district attorney of concealing at least 100 pages of exculpatory material that would have exonerated Perry.

Alvin Bragg has also been accused of concealing 600 pages of exculpatory evidence in Donald J. Trump’s Manhattan grand jury trial. …Is there a pattern here?

The pattern and the solutions are clear: we must prohibit Soros and Soros funding in the United States, as many other countries have done. This dad and his son should be designated as international terrorists and subjected to penalties.

If they are discovered in the United States or meddling in American matters, a DOA bounty should be placed on both of them.

The Epoch Times detailed the incident that allowed Heflin’s defense to successfully argue Heflin’s release:

Judge Theresa Counts Burke ruled in favor of Heflin’s lawyers after they filed a motion accusing a prosecutor under Gardner of violating discovery rules. They alleged that her office did not turn over evidence, including a 911 call recording and DNA evidence.

“The court finds that there have been repeated delays by the state in obtaining discovery and providing it to the defense,” Burke wrote, according to local reports.

“There has been a lack of diligence on the part of the state in following up and providing discovery to the defendant in a timely fashion. As a result of the state’s actions and lack of diligence, the court grants defendant’s second motion for sanctions.”

Fox News writes and implies that Gardner is purposefully doing a poor job as a prosecutor so that criminals go free:

Ok, I do not mean to switch topics too much but if you haven’t noticed—there is a highly woke agenda being promoted everywhere.
