After Killing Lennon Chapman Admits”I Was A Coward To Take My Own Life”

In the , “Where were you” category when this happened, Mark David Chapman was recently denied parole again for the crime of premeditated murder of a musical icon in New York City back in 1980. Chapman reveals how nice Lennon was to him when signing an album earlier in the day. being a sociopath does that to a person.
According to Dailystar.co.uk:

He has admitted he killed Lennon because he wanted to be famous. Recalling the confrontation at around 2pm, he said: ”He came out, and this is a part that I really regret happening, he came out and as a ruse, I had his album and a pen and I asked him to sign the album,” Chapman said. “He took his time. He asked me if I wanted anything else. “His wife had come out with him … and she was waiting in a limo and that’s something I often reflect on how decent he was to just a stranger.

This still weighs on me as many others. John Lennon for better or worse was like a family member, knowing of him since almost the day of reason. Chapman needs to remain incarcerated for the rest of his life. He took a life, he forfeits his, simple as that. This will make others think before committing a crime, knowing there will be no leniency. He said it himself, he is a coward, shot a harmless man in the back 4 times, and then sat down to read, waiting for the police. It fascinates me the mind of the devil exists in people like this, but once captured and thrown in jail they find Jesus, what an insult to true believers of Christ.
