Amendment V Gives Voters The Chance To Reclaim Their Elections

South Dakota voters are clearly ready to lead the nation by sending a message to Washington, D.C. Voters   have had enough.” South Dakotans for Nonpartisan Elections submitted over 40,000 signatures in support of Amendment V to place it on the November ballot and the call for reform in voting procedures. This is being supported by notable Republican, Democratic, and independent leaders and voters across the state. It seems there is much doubt by the electorate, that there, can be a fair untainted process. The American people have had doubts since the 2000 election.

According toIVN.US:

While no longer operative in the presidential election, the voter rebellion witnessed during the primaries is alive and well. South Dakota is now the epicenter, where Amendment V for Nonpartisan Elections gives voters the chance to reclaim their elections from the political establishment and send a message to Washington.

I never thought I would see the day where rigging an election was so transparent to the people. As if we have no voice, no say in what happens, we just go along with what we are told. How comfortable we have become as a society, that we will just go along with what we are told as long as we have food on our table and our hand held amusement centers. How is it that undocumented people get the right to vote, but we need  Amendment V to process for voting procedures for Americans. Again the word “rigging” comes to mind.  What do you think?
