Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) is rumored to be “brain dead,” and the rumor is being kept quiet “because keeping him in office until August 18th avoids a special election.”
We are unable to confirm this rumor at this time.
The rumblings were shared by John Cardillo, who demanded an investigation.
Being told that Fetterman is essentially brain dead and it’s being hidden because keeping him in office until August 18th avoids a special election which Republicans would most certainly win.
This must be investigated.

Headline USA reported:
A viral tweet from John Cardillo, a former NYPD officer turned conservative radio host and social-media influencer, called for an investigation into whether Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., may be clinically brain dead as Democrats engage in a cover-up to avoid a special election before August.
Cardillo’s tweet made a significant splash on social media, garnering more than a million views and 18,000 likes as of Saturday night.
However, Headline USA was unable to verify the accuracy of the claim that Fetterman is clinically brain-dead—or whether Aug. 18 is the exact date that permits far-left Gov. Josh Shapiro to avoid calling a special election. It may be earlier.
Pennsylvania law stipulates that a special election must be held “at the time of the next general or municipal election, occurring at least ninety (90) days after the happening of such vacancy.”
We cannot confirm the rumor that Fetterman is ‘clinically brain-dead,’ but we have documented his health’s downward spiral since taking office.
Fetterman was taken to the hospital earlier this month after experiencing dizziness during a Senate Democratic retreat.
“Initial tests did not show evidence of a new stroke, but doctors are running more tests and John is remaining overnight for observation,” John Fetterman’s Communications Director, Joe Calvello, said.
The following week, Fetterman checked himself into a DC hospital to “receive treatment for clinical depression,” according to his chief of staff.
An updated report revealed that the Senator’s condition may be worse than previously thought.
Fetterman will reportedly be admitted to the hospital for “a few weeks.”
Throughout the campaign, Democrats downplayed Fetterman’s health.
How bad is Fetterman’s situation?
CNN suggested his stay at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center may be over a month and that he cannot care for himself.
A source familiar with the matter told CNN’s Manu Raju last week that it’s unclear how long Fetterman might stay at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He could potentially stay for a month or so, the source said, or he could leave sooner than that, or maybe a little later. It will take time for him to get the right medication he needs for his treatment, the source said.
There is no general rule about how long someone hospitalized with depression should stay in the hospital, according to the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. Patients may stay a few days or as long as a few weeks.
“In someone who has pre-existing depression, it is possible that they may be more treatment resistant and have a history of failing medications. So as a result, they may require more aggressive treatment that can take several weeks and even into several months, depending on how they present,” said Dr. Daniel Bober, a psychiatrist in Hollywood, Florida.
“In someone who’s already had depression even before their stroke, this puts him at much greater risk and requires much more aggressive treatment,” Bober said.
Fetterman’s symptoms for depression included weight loss and loss of appetite, a source familiar with the matter said. He was not suicidal, the source said. His lack of eating and drinking water contributed to lightheadedness. He was hospitalized earlier this month in Washington, DC, after feeling lightheaded. His office said he had not had another stroke.
“Generally, the reason that someone presents to a hospital for a psychiatric condition like depression is because either they are acutely suicidal or they have been deemed unable to take care of themselves. And when I say unable to take care of themselves, I mean, their basic needs – food, hydration, hygiene – are all things that they’re required to do on a daily basis, and they are unable to do this due to the severity of their depression,” Bober said.
