Armed Robber Plans the Perfect Heist, Then Forgets One Really Important Thing

A robber entered a 7-11 in Washington DC last week in order to hold it up.  He was a man with a plan on committing a crime with no chance of getting caught.  He walked in and pointed his gun at the clerk through his coat.  During the middle of his heist, the robber remembered something very important.

In a video released by police this week the man, dressed in all black, can be seen walking into the convenience store from several angles with his face in clear sight. After he points his gun at the cashier through his jacket (a real smooth hold-up move), the idiot realized he forgot to pull his ski mask over his face.

About half-way through the robbery, he pulls the black ski mask down and appears to look around in a panic for cameras. Considering there was no backing out at this point the man then reaches over the counter, grabs a stack of cash and runs off into the night.

Anyone who can identify the suspect is being encouraged to call 202-727-9099 or text 50411. The department is offering a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person of interest.

Don’t you just hate it when you do that?  I’ve never actually done that but I did once forget to cut eye holes in the flour sack I was using as a mask and was I* embarrassed?
