Thanks to a group of scientists in the Netherlands, there is now a plant that grows both fries and ketchup for sale in England. The team spent six years developing a plant that grows both potatoes and tomatoes. The idea behind the “ketchup and fries” project was to help maximize growing capacity in limited spaces.
