Joe Biden apparently does not know how to minimize the spread of germs while coughing.
He has not yet mastered the art of coughing into his elbow.

Maybe Joe’s cough should cause me to worry that he has COVID-19, but I’m not.
He has been in seclusion, hiding, missing in action during this crisis. There’s no way he could’ve caught it holed up in his house.
The coughing mishap isn’t Joe’s only recent brain fart.
As usual, there’s plenty of material. Biden keeps confusing the name of city where this virus originated.
The coronavirus started in Wuhan, China.
