Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) tweeted a photo Tuesday evening revealing what he did immediately following his booking at an Austin courthouse.
“And then, ice cream cone at #Sandy’s,” Perry tweeted from his official account.
The conservative firebrand surrendered to authorities Tuesday evening after being indicted for allegedly abusing the powers of his office.
