Denver Mayor Proud He Aided Illegal Alien Murder Robbery Victim

Two weeks before he committed murder,  by an illegal alien,  Ever Valles was in police custody for car theft and other charges.  Federal authorities begged Denver to notify them when Valles was to be released.  They didn’t and today they are as guilty of murder as the gunman is.  This case is eerily similar to the Katie Steinle case in San Francisco.  Federal authorities asked to be notified in that case too and the muderous scum at city hall let him walk and soon Steinle was dead.

Just few weeks  weeks ago Denver mayor Michael Hancock had this to say about what his city would do for illegal aliens, while at the same time lying through his teeth that Denver under his was not a sanctuary city:

“If being a sanctuary city means that we value taking care of one another, and welcoming refugees and immigrants, then I welcome the title,” Hancock said in the nearly three-minute video. “If being a sanctuary city means families and young ‘Dreamers’ live with hope and not fear, then Washington can label us whatever they want.”

OK, Mr Mayor, I choose to call you a cold blooded murderer.  Are you ok with that?  Of course you are, you are a demoncrat.

From The Denver Post:

He continued: “If being a sanctuary city means that our law enforcement officers are expected to do the work of federal immigration authorities, or violate the constitutional rights of any of our people, we reject that.”

Mayoral spokeswoman Amber Miller said Monday that the city’s legal position hasn’t changed.

City attorneys still argue Denver doesn’t fit the bill of a sanctuary city, though there is no legal definition of what constitutes one. The city doesn’t have an ordinance staking out a claim or barring information-sharing with federal officials about a person’s immigration status, unlike some cities. But it is among cities that don’t enforce immigration laws or honor federal “detainer” requests to hold immigrants with suspect legal status in jail past their release dates.

Yeah, safe until one of the mayor’s pet killers murder you.
