At the time the donation made by Ted Cruz Super PAC, Keep the Promise I, to the Carly Fiorina campaign of $500,000 dollars seemed odd.
Now it seems suspicious in light of the scandal surrounding Ted Cruz and his mistresses.
One of those mistresses allegedly is Sarah Isgur Flores, a Carly Fiorina staffer as identified by the National Enquirer.
Some are now alleging that the money was hush money to keep Flores quiet.
Let’s face it, there is no logical reason in the world for Cruz’s Super PAC to give money to a rival, he would like to see out of the race.
As Judge Judy always says, “If it doesn’t make sense, it’s a lie.”
Cruz could still be in big trouble. One of the other alleged mistresses was a campaign worker of his, who is now a spokesperson for Trump and she has not denied the story.
There are no imminent primaries, so she could be waiting to spring it later.
