Does Paul Ryan Think He Was Elected President? [VIDEO]

Excuse me, but the speech that Paul Ryan made as he opened up the new session of congress sounded like the change in government was a mandate for him and not Donald Trump.  I’m sure Donald will clear that up for him in quick order.
