Drunk IRS Worker Goes Berzerk Outside Steelers Game, Hits Woman With Steel Barrier and Tries To Bribe Police

After 29-year old IRS employee Stephan Sapp got drunk at Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field during post-game celebrations at Sunday’s Steelers-Ravens game, he really cut loose.

Being disorderly wasn’t enough. Throwing steel crowd dividers around wasn’t enough. Even knocking a woman unconscious with one of the steel dividers wasn’t enough. Sapp continued to pile on the bad behavior even after he was arrested by police.

According to WPXI, Sapp is said to have told officers:

“Listen, I know how this works. How much money will it take to make this go away and to let me go home today?”

Sapp is facing charges “including aggravated assault, resisting arrest, bribery and public drunkenness.”
