This is just another day on the South side in the “Windy City”. Ms. Aldridge’s death on a street, pushing a baby carriage should be bringing cries of “enough is enough” by the community, but since it is black on black it does not resonate. Or does it? After all she was a relation to a professional athlete who hails from the city, by the name of Dwayne Wade. Comments made by Donald Trump about the incident and the black culture have leftists in the media attacking him, but why? Is it because if they had to look at the root of the problem, they would find out how the failure of parenting in the community would have to be addressed? It is no secret that an intact family has been largely non-existent in the inner city. We can thank the Democrat Party for that one, by way of ever increasing entitlements. After all they know who buttes their bread.

Darwin Sorells, 26, and 22-year-old brother Derren, who are both documented gang members, were charged with first-degree murder Sunday over the death of Aldridge, 32, a mother-of-four.
Both are repeat gun offenders, Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson confirmed, and both were out on parole at the time of the killing.
Speaking about Darwin, Johnson said he is a six-time weapon offender who was jailed in 2013 for six years for another gun crime but released on parole in February.
Unfortunately, Ms Aldridge was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and she was caught in the cross hairs of a violent gang war. The culture has no respect for human life; these murderer’s should be handed the heaviest of penalties. How many more children will have to endure life without a mother, before this situation is addressed. I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but in my opinion: in Chicago, they will probably be out of jail in a few short years. What do you think?
