Four Boston police officers that responded to a report of a violent incident outside a Dorchester bar early this morning, were seriously injured after the suspect deliberately drove into them,
A report of an armed man called the cops to the bar, called Dublin House, at approximately 12:30 a.m.
As the police began to inspect a vehicle that was parked near the bar, the suspect accelerated, smashing the into the four officers.
Two of the cops got dragged after getting hit, while the others two got bumped, but were able to avoid serious injury.
Police followed the car for about a mile up to Draper Street before it got away. Officials continue to search for the car, which they describe as a gray Chevy Malibu with a Connecticut license plate.
Boston EMS told a local news source that they were in the hospital and expected to survive. The department is currently investigating the incident.
