Golden Globes Actress Wore Not So Subtle ‘VULGAR’ Message For Republicans [PHOTO]

In other news, she also did not shave her armpits.

Celebrities are beautiful and opinionated. Unfortunately, we often cannot get one without the other. Everyone has been talking about the banter going on between Meryl Streep and President-Elect Donald Trump. Streep is not the only celebrity who makes her opinions public, however.

Consider the Golden Globes case of actress Lola Kirke, who is known for her work on in HBO’s Girls and on Amazon’s Mozart in the Jungle. Kirke wore an interesting gown that night.

Kirke wowed the media in her Andrew Gn gown. Many were talking about her unshaved armpits, but she also wore a piece of jewelry that is even more vulgar.

The jewelry was subtle and blended in with the dress, so you have to zoom in to get a good look at it:

Apparently, Kirke is angry about Paul Ryan and the Republicans’ stated plan to defund Planned Parenthood.

She said:

“Paul Ryan is talking about defunding Planned Parenthood. I think that, along with a number of other decisions that are being talked about being made by the new administration, is atrocious. As a person with a platform, no matter what size it is, I think it’s important to share your views and maybe elevate people that might agree with you, that maybe won’t feel like they can have the same voice. My body my choice, your body your choice.”

She recently wore a similar pin at the BAFTA Tea Party in Los Angeles.

The actress encourages her followers to contact Speaker Ryan directly to protest his plan.

#paulryan is obviously not worthy of all the phone calls he is about to receive from all you mega beautiful babes but he’s leaving us no choice. Let’s do it. Link with info in bio. #istandwithplannedparenthood #mybodymychoice
