Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, the shark returns. The problem for Hillary is this time the investigation won’t be fixed in her favor. Without a doubt Trump has to replace Comey, who serves at the pleasure of the president. Loretta Lynch will be gone and Jeffrey Sessions will be the one who decides whether Hillary will be prosecuted. The judge ruled that John Kerry violated federal law by not asking the DOJ to pursue Hillary’s emails, thus reopening the case. Only one thing can prevent Hillary from undergoing an honest investigation and that is a pardon from Barack Obama. And to make sure the new investigation is fair, the judge ruled that Trump’s head of the DOJ would take over the case, bypassing both Comey and Lynch.
The ruling by the court gives the Trump Administration the opportunity to reexamine the evidence because the current Secretary of State John Kerry had refused as the “law requires” to refer the matter over to the attorney general, instead Kerry simply allowed officials at the State Department to cherry pick which emails were relevant and which were not.
This obvious violation of federal law allowed the court to reset the judicial process thus allowing the new Attorney General Designate Jeff Session once confirmed the opportunity to reopen the investigation, if he so desires.
In a statement by President Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, he concludes that the courts seem ”fed up with the Obama administration’s refusal to enforce the rule of law on Clinton’s emails.”
