Hillary has done it. She has found a VP pick that is simpatico with her. Tom Vilsack. Vilsack is the former governor of Iowa and is currently Obama’s Secretary of Agriculture. During his time as governor of Iowa, he used a private email and he ended up deleting the emails being requested by the Des Moines Register under a Freedom of Information Act.
Vilsack also officiated over the Pigsford scandal. he and Obama took a 45.5 million settlement with black farmers and expanded it to cover people that never farmed a day in their lives and the tenants in two apartment buildings :
But it was not how politics worked. The next nine years brought a concerted effort to allow the late filers to seek awards. Career Agriculture Department officials warned that they might be even more problematic than initial claimants: in one ZIP code in Columbus, Ohio, nearly everyone in two adjoining apartment buildings had filed, according to the former high-ranking agency official.}
The total payout jumped from 45.5 million to 4.4 billion.
Vilsack continued using a private email while serving in the Obama administration.
Vilsack used the non-public email “[email protected]” to communicate with former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson — Jackson was also using a secret email account under the alias “Richard Windsor.” The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained the email chain in 2013.
The standard email layout for a U.S. Department of Agriculture account is: [email protected] based on other agency emails seen by TheDCNF.
A 2009 email exchange between Jackson’s alias account and Vilsack’s non-public email is almost completely redacted, but the subject line reads: “Daily Climate Change Talking Points–COP 15.”
Previously FOIAed emails from the Environmental Protection Agency show that Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack used a secret, nonpublic email account to communicate with the secret email account of former EPA administrator Lisa Jackson which used the fake name Richard Windsor.
