Today, in part 2 of Secure Arkansas expose’ on ALEC (The American Legislative Exchange Council) you will further connect the dots to local and federal legislation that is changing America. How did healthcare congeal into a federally controlled issue? ALEC played a part. Remember the recent adoption of mandatory vaccines in California? ALEC played a part. Every wonder why big pharma is so powerful and drives so much of healthcare protocol? ALEC plays a part. Read on.

For many decades, the American Legislative Exchange Council has protected a massive list of major pharmaceutical companies in its secret membership, so it does not surprise us to see ALEC involved in the American healthcare system. Part of ALEC’s mission is to present corporate-backed legislation as grassroots ideas.

Naming just a few Big Pharma members (there are many more, but we can’t list them all here):

  • Abbott Laboratories
  • Bayer
  • Bristol-Myers Squibb
  • Dupont (Dupont Merck Pharmaceuticals)
  • Eli Lilly
  • Endo Pharmaceuticals
  • Express Scripts
  • GlaxoSmithKline
  • Hoechst-Roussell Pharmaceutical Corporation
  • Hoffman La-Roche
  • Imperial Chemical Industries Pharmaceuticals
  • Mylan Pharmaceuticals
  • Novo Nordisk
  • Purdue Pharma
  • Pfizer
  • Solvay Pharmaceutical
  • Sunovion Pharmaceuticals
  • Takeda Pharmaceutical (global pharmaceutical company)
  • TEVA Pharmaceuticals

Many of these companies are pushing a wide array of medical issues, even in the area of mandatory vaccinations. Forget personal choice!  ALEC and Big Pharma say “inject them all”, and then the government carries out the sentence!  Parental rights are under attack with the exemption status being the target for now.  You might want to check with your state representative and senator to see if this type of ALEC legislation is in your state.  Are you understanding this yet?  Mandating fluoridation and mandating vaccination is only a small part of the healthcare system they have planned for us.  It all involves forced doses of heavy chemicals!  And, yes, it involves tort reform because they have got to cap any damages!

Secure Arkansas found that in the Arkansas Health Department’s quarterly meeting July 23rd, 2015, they are planning for mandatory vaccinations here in our state. (We have it recorded on video.)  Could it be that corporations have gotten to the members of the board of health?  Are they influencing state policy there, too?  We think this is one of the reasons legislation gets passed so easily.

When will both the right and left learn that they are planning on the general voting public to be politically polarized?  “Divide and conquer” has been a strategy that has worked all our lives.  When will we ever wise up?  Tort Reform, fluoridation, and vaccinations are all areas of legislation that ALEC corporations want to see passed in each and every state.  Please don’t let these issues divide us!  There is a decreed brotherhood of business writing legislation in which only a select few receive the privilege of getting to the front line for opportunities, contracts, permits, and licenses.  So forget about trying to underbid them… It just won’t work.

We will show you behind the scenes how things work.  Let’s venture onward now.  Read the lengthy report carefully, and contemplate on this little dab of information that only scratches the surface of the carefully controlled business world.

The Jeffersonian Project

ALEC’s 501(c)(4)

The Jeffersonian Project was created under 501(c)(4) to provide better legal protection for the parent ALEC organization which is a 501(c)(3).  The Jeffersonian Project is controlled by ALEC as an organization. All of the Jeffersonian Project’s Board members are chosen by ALEC’s Board of Directors. All of the Jeffersonian Project’s staff will also be ALEC staff.

Below, we have highlighted the Jeffersonian Project to show how big an influence ALEC has with the legislation being introduced and passed by the state legislators across America. Remember, ALEC members are committed to the goals of ALEC (corporations) and not to the voters. One of the annual conference sponsors was State Policy Network.

ALEC’s Jeffersonian Project  (The following is copied from ALEC IRS 990EZ 2013 Form)

“The mission of the Jeffersonian Project is to educate the public and government policy makers by providing nonpartisan research on current events and other issues of concern to the public and government policy makers.”

PLEASE read this carefully! ALEC is set up as a benign non profit. And, in reality, many, many think tanks are following this model. But, and this is important, their mission in social engineering is potentially seriously dangerous to a free and independent American culture.

Pay attention to the following!  Do you want ALEC to be in control, telling you what is right for you and your family?  This is Social Engineering & Predictive Behavior, in case you didn’t know.  The Think Tanks are mentioned below.  Talk about delusions of grandeur!  Secret meetings and secret proceedings should be repugnant to society!  United Nations Agenda 21 practices are being advanced that benefit Public Private Partnerships and Sustainability objectives.  The endgame objective is totalitarianism: absolute control over everything and everyone.

American Legislative Exchange Council states that the Jeffersonian Project will prepare information and documents to educate the public as well as Congress on various areas, including:

  • health care

  • religion and civil society

  • welfare

  • education

  • national budget

  • environment

  • immigrations

***2013 IRS 990-EZ   Short Form – Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax

ALEC has included the following statement in their 990EZ IRS 2013 filing:

“Additional time is needed to gather the information necessary to file a complete and accurate return.”

From the above list, you can see the mission statement from the ALEC Jeffersonian Project.  They want to educate the public and Congress on healthcare, religion and civil society, welfare, education, the national budget, environment, and lastly… immigrations.  Religion…really?  You can unveil any one of these points and see that a secret society, authority, think tank or government has been working behind the scenes manipulating the public policy.  How’re the 7 issues above working for you?  Do you like how things are going and how skillfully you are being handled and managed?  A “collective intelligence” manipulates you, our lawmakers, and the laws under which we live.  So, like Secure Arkansas has mentioned before, there really isn’t any transparency in these private organizations or our government.  If there were, then the general public could see what is taking place right under their nose.

We will briefly touch on religion here because it is important to the powers-that-be that control our government.  (This will be revisited in a later article.)

Koch Foundation, Inc,

The following was copied directly from Koch Foundation, Inc web site:

“In 1979, the Koch Foundation was established by Carl and Paula Koch to fund evangelization activities of the Roman Catholic faith throughout the world. At that time, the Foundation was relatively small with market value assets of $6,914,090. Since then, it has become one of the largest Catholic foundations in the United States.

Our mission is built on the Koch’s vision “to strengthen and propagate the Roman Catholic faith by providing grant support for a wide variety of evangelization efforts.”

The Koch Foundation is international in scope and prioritizes on areas and populations most in need of a Catholic presence. As the Catholic Church has emphasized her global perspective, we also recognize our global responsibilities.”

The following is directly from the Koch Foundation web site:

“The Koch Foundation chose  St. Thérèse of Lisieux  as the patron saint of the Koch Foundation.  St. Thérèse of Lisieux, known by many as La Petite Fleur, or “the Little Flower,” was chosen as the patroness of the Koch Foundation in 1998. She never had the opportunity to engage in mission work, but due to her extraordinary love for the missions and her continual prayers and letters of encouragement to the Carmelite mission in what was then French Indochina (Viet Nam), she was named among the patron saints of missions. Her spiritual devotion, as described in the journal published shortly after her death, is known as the Little Way. To those who feel powerless, who, like St. Thérèse could not perform great works or deeds, it serves as a reminder that little things – a flower, a smile, a sacrifice – are what keeps the Kingdom of God growing.”

If you’re in doubt regarding what religion they are, the paragraph above should make it pretty clear. The United Nations New World Order policies and One World Religion go hand-in-hand and complement each other very well. This Ecumenical Movement has accomplished just what it set out to do and has reached the goals set for all religions and faiths. Happening this week, the controversial Pope Francis is addressing our Congress for the first time ever with a trip to New York to speak at the United Nations.  He should feel right at home there.

If these are the so-called conservatives with a few leftists sprinkled around, what kind of government is really being represented here?  We should have a lot to think about and digest from the information provided in this article.  It is very important to understand how shadow government works!

In 1913, Woodrow Wilson said, “ We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world — no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and the duress of small groups of dominant men.”

Even a puppet president can get it right every now and then!  Prior to 1913 (when we had no income tax) was our greatest time of economic growth.

Now that you have met some of the global elite, be sure to look them up and draw your own conclusions. Propaganda is a very powerful tool of communication that is directly aimed at influencing the attitude of the general public.  ALEC has engaged think tanks that work aimlessly at changing your thoughts and decisions according to their own deceptive agenda.  All too often, propaganda presents the facts selectively and misleads you. Secure Arkansas sees propaganda as a form of political warfare!

Stay tuned for Part 3 because there is a lot more to unveil!

So, by now you may be connecting the dots. ALEC is not the only big think tank that, while working to secure your trust as a conservative organization, is also working behind the scenes to re-engineer an entirely different cultural reality. Part 3 tomorrow. Stay tuned!
