A Rhode Island man who streamed himself on Facebook Live driving 116 mph and weaving in and out of traffic was critically injured when he crashed into a garbage truck and a concrete barrier, police say.

Onasi Olio-Rojas, 20, of Pawtucket, lost control Wednesday on U.S. Route 6 in Providence.

The video posted on Olio-Rojas’ Facebook page shows him driving 114 mph and weaving through traffic before reaching a top speed of 116 mph.

Police confirmed the video’s authenticity to WJAR-TV.

The Facebook Live video stops before the car crash involving Olio-Rojas.

Police say Olio-Rojas hit the truck as it got on the highway, then crossed three lanes and hit the barrier.

Rescue crews extricated Olio-Rojas from the Honda Civic.

He was in critical condition on Thursday. The truck driver wasn’t hurt.  Watch the video, he’s lucky he didn’t kill himself, or someone else.
