“As a woman of color, I represent one-percent of all elected prosecutors in the country,” Mosby said. Mosby insisted that all her decisions in the indictments were the correct, legal moves. How laughable Ms. Mosby is, she relied on the color of her skin to exceed her authority in the original indictments, and now after the fact she is reminding us of the color of her skin when the situation goes against her.
Warren Alperstein, a legal analyst, told the local CBS affiliate that if the lawsuits filed by the officers are allowed to continue, Mosby could lose her immunity and her compulsion to testify in the case could cause major rifts in the state’s attorney office.
If Ms. Mosby wants to be considered an equal she should leave her skin color and biased prejudices out of the equation and just rely on her talents as others. How long will this process go before she calls the race card to the attention of the masses? From the very beginning most knew where this was going to go. It was a rush to judgement and cost many because of her negligence. No Ms. Mosby, you brought this upon yourself and the consequences are yours alone, or is the Democrat Party compliment?
