A man faces charges in Clarksville, Tennessee after he urinated in a walmart store and also attempted to steal a package of trout, according to an arrest warrant. Police were called and arrived at the store around 1:33pm Wednesday. A worker told an officer that the suspect, David Wylie, 56, of Clarksville, was seen urinating on the sales floor near the alcohol while trying to put a package of trout in his pants and he then attempted to leave the store without paying, the warrant stated. The officer wrote that Wylie admitted to urinating on the floor but “was not concerned because it was a misdemeanor.”

He also told police he had been drinking alcohol. Wylie repeatedly stated to the officer that he was not concerned with consequences for either offense because they were only misdemeanors. “Wylie’s statements as well as the detection of alcohol led me to believe that the offenses were likely to continue,” the officer wrote. Clarksville police arrested and charged Wylie with shoplifting, vandalism, indecent exposure and public intoxication. The apparent value of the items he attempted to steal was $130 and the vandalism was estimated at $10, according to the warrant. Wylie was placed in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
Some people just don’t care. This guy was already drunk by early afternoon on a Wednesday! He could have at least waited til the middle of the night when there was no one around!
